Croatian Post is following modern trends and technological developments, expanding its range of digital innovation, solutions and services.
- Among the new services is also ePošta – and electronic postal mailbox enabling users to send and receive mail, documents and invoices, as well as to pay bills using credit cards and to connect to the e-Građani service.
- One of the digital solutions currently being implemented in Croatian Post’s operations is Digital Postman, making delivery of mail with confirmation receipt easier.
- The e-commerce segment has been developing steadily in recent years and Croatian Post has made a serious market entry in that field with its Žuti klik web store, offering multichannel sales and various possibilities of item delivery and payment options.
- A special segment of digital services is offered under the slogan Pošta - šalter države encompassing multiple services offered in collaboration with public institutions.
