The HUB order fee amounts to 3.32% of the order amount: the minimal fee equals 0,66 EUR (HRK 5,00), and the maximum fee equals 13,27 EUR (HRK 100,00). Thanks to agreements with numerous partners, the Croatian Post does not charge fees from the person who paid for the invoice. The postman can deliver cash to your address if you are a client of Hrvatska poštanska banka. You can submit a request for this service to the postman upon delivery or by calling Croatian Post Customer Service.
What is the quickest way to send money within the Republic of Croatia?
Money can be sent within the Republic of Croatia from the post office by a postal order. If you are using the CashExpress service, the money will be available to the recipient at any post office no later than 15 minutes after the payment was made. If you want to send money to the recipient's address, you can also send money by the postal order. The money will be delivered to the recipient no later than four days after the payment was made. If you want the money to be paid to the recipient's address the next business day, request the "Next business day payment" service. The maximum amount of money you can send by postal order is 25,000 HRK (3.318,07 EUR).

While receiving your item, express to your postman that you would like to pay digitally, via the KEKS Pay app. They will show you a QR code on their phone: scan it and make the payment.
