In order to improve the business system and work processes, develop new services and open new market segments in its operations, Croatian Post continually hires new employees. The candidate recruiting and selection process is implemented by the Human Resources Department in cooperation with other organisational units depending on the business needs. The employment process begins if there is a need to hire a larger number of new employees due to the dynamics of the market and increased scope of work during the tourist season and outside it, in order to ensure replacements for temporary employees or employees permanently leaving the company and due to new business plans.

What do I do once I apply?

Once you successfully register in other database of potential candidates or apply to an advertisement to fill a specific work position, you will enter the next selection round. Depending on the needs to fill various work positions, the Human Resources Department implements the candidate selection process depending on the minimum conditions required to fill the vacant positions. In case you meet the basic conditions for the open positions, you may be invited to a psychological testing and an interview so that we can get to know you better. Our Human Resources team can then assess whether your abilities, skills, knowledge and motivation meet the requirements of the work positions, and you yourself can assess to what degree the offered work position matches your personal professional desires, needs and values. The more our assessments match, the greater the possibility that you are the ideal candidate for us.
