Joint issues of postage stamps are a custom with postal operators; they not only cooperate in the common project but also promote collectiveness of their countries. By choosing a common theme and motif for the stamp they draw the attention to the fact that their nations are connected by culture, history and art. Already for more than fifteen years Croatian Post has been successfully cooperating with postal operators of other countries and postage stamps that resulted from the cooperation can be seen here.
