Letters, priority letters, registered mail items and valuable items may weigh up to 2 kilograms and their size should be no less than 9x14 cm.

The sum of a letter’s length, width and height may not exceed 90 cm, provided that the length of each side should not exceed 60 cm.
If you are sending such an item in a cylindrical form, the sum of the length and two diameters may not be less than 17 cm or more than 104 cm. The length may be no less than 10 cm and no more than 90 cm.
If you are sending a postcard (view card, greeting card), its shape must be rectangular and its size must be between 9x14 cm and 12x23.5 cm. If your postcard is not consistent with these dimensions, but is consistent with the dimensions of a letter, you can send it in an envelope according to the requirements applicable to letters.
