In 2016 Croatian Post became the owner of a Zagreb-based IT business MIPS d.o.o.
In accordance with its Business Development Strategy Pošta 2022, Croatian Post included MIPS d.o.o. in its portfolio, among other reasons also in order to protect and develop the MIPS application, which is a basis of the Croatian Post’s IT system. Being that one of the basis of Pošta 2022 is the development of digital operations and services and MIPS d.o.o. is an experienced developer of IT solutions, establishing a close relationship with a company that was able to provide necessary development capacities to Croatian Post was a logical step enabling the company to raise its digital services segment to a higher level, in accordance with its mission: to be at the service of citizens.
