The following optional services are available for letters:
- return receipt (confirmation of delivery);
- cash on delivery;
- personal delivery to the addressee; and
Return receipt (delivery note)
If you need a written confirmation that the addressee has received the postal item you sent, request our “return receipt” optional service when posting your parcel.
By signing the return receipt, the addressee will confirm that he/she has received the item and the signed return receipt will be mailed back to you.
Cash on delivery
If you have sold the addressee an item you are sending him in a parcel, the easiest way to ensure it is paid for is to request our “cash on delivery” optional service when posting your parcel.
At the time of delivery, the addressee will give the indicated amount to the Croatian Post employee and the money will be delivered to your address or paid to your account. In addition to the value of the item, the addressee must also pay a payment service fee.
The highest amount for the cash on delivery service is HRK 100 thousand.
