A parcel will normally be delivered to the addressee’s address indicated on the parcel.
A parcel will be delivered against signature.
If a locality is not listed, the Croatian Post employee will leave you a notice indicating the post office where the addressee can collect his/her parcel and the time limit.
A parcel may also be delivered to your legal representative or authorized person. If you are not at your address at the time of delivery of your parcel, a mail arrival notice will be left for you. The notice will indicate the post office where you can collect your item. The item may be collected within 5 business days.

You should have an identity document with you (valid identity card or passport) when collecting your parcel at a post office.

After you have been left a mail arrival notice, you can call our Contact Center at 072 303 304 or the post office at the number indicated in the mail arrival notice and request for the postal item to be redelivered. This service is available in localities having organized parcel delivery.
