XS compartment – 9 cm (3.5 in) high, 16 cm (6.3 in) wide, 64 cm (25 in) deep

M compartment – 19 cm (4.5 in) high, 38 cm (15 in) wide, 64 cm (25 in) deep

When using a parcel locker, you can send a Box item and collect parcels for which an item arrival notification has been left, stating that they will be prepared for delivery to a parcel locker, including: Box items, Paket24, EMS items, PostPack items and Connect parcels.
How do you collect parcels from parcel lockers?
When your parcel arrives in a parcel locker, you will get an SMS or an e-mail with the parcel code. Select the "Collect parcel" option on the parcel locker you are using, enter the code from the message you received and a compartment containing your parcel will open. Online stores offering this return option inform their customers about it via their official website or the parcel return instructions. Choose the "Paid return" option on the parcel locker screen. Scan the return parcel barcode you received from the seller, which will open the compartment. Once you put your parcel into a compartment and close it, the parcel locker's screen will display a confirmation. When can I collect a parcel from a parcel locker?
You can collect your parcel from a parcel locker no later than 72 hours after you've received an SMS or e-mail notification. After that, the parcel will be returned to its sender without delay.
What if I do not collect a parcel from a parcel locker within the given time period?
Twelve hours before the collection deadline, you will receive a reminder about the expiration of the deadline for the parcel collection. If you do not collect your parcel within that time frame, it will be returned to the sender.
What should I do if, for some reason, the compartment doesn't open?
