In 1993, Croatian Post participated in the foundation of the trade association of European public postal operators – PostEurop – and is a full member of that association.

Universal Postal Union
Since 1992, the Republic of Croatia has been a member of the Universal Postal Union (UPU), which was founded in 1874. The UPU’s task is to coordinate the global postal policy and adopt rules and regulations governing international postal services.

IPC
In 2019, Croatian Post became a member of the International Post Corporation (IPC), an international association of the leading postal operators in Europe, North America and Australia. The IPC focuses on postal processes and interconnecting postal operators through parcel exchange and development of this segment of logistics. To become an IPC member, strict criteria must be met – from a high rate of completed deliveries and stringent quality requirements to good financial performance. Croatian Post has fulfilled all the requirements due to the substantial effort and contribution made by all employees. Besides Hungarian Post, Croatian Post is the only operator from the “more recent” EU member states standing side by side with the leading postal operators such as La Poste, Royal Mail, Belgian Post, Swiss Post and Deutsche Post DHL.
