International parcels are delivered to the addressee’s address against his/her signature. 
Parcels may also be delivered to the addressee’s legal representative or authorized person.

If you are not at your address at the time of delivery of your parcel, a mail arrival notice will be left for you. The notice will indicate the post office where you can collect your item. The item may be collected within 15 business days.

If you are not at your address at the time of delivery of your parcel, a mail arrival notice will be left for you. The notice will indicate the post office where you can collect your item. The item may be collected within 5 business days. If a locality is not listed, a notice will be left for the addressee, indicating the post office where he/she can collect the parcel and the time limit.
You should have an identity document with you (valid identity card or passport) when collecting your parcel at a post office.
