Such postal items may also be delivered to the addressee’s legal representative or authorized person.

If you are not at your address at the time of delivery of a registered mail item or a valuable item, a mail arrival notice will be left for you. The notice will indicate the post office where you can collect your item. The item may be collected within 5 business days.
You should have an identity document with you (valid identity card or passport) when collecting your registered mail item or valuable item at a post office.
