If you want to send money or any other valuables in your letter, the safest way is to send it as a valuable item.

At the time of posting your valuable item at a post office, you will receive a mail receipt note including your unique item number.
All valuable items are insured against loss or damage up to the indicated amount. It is therefore important for the indicated value to be consistent with the actual value of the content you are sending.
Valuable items are only accepted for countries with which we have an agreement in place to exchange such items.
For more information about the options and terms of sending mail to various countries, please consult our International Services Guide.
