Knowledge development – Investing in people, their knowledge and growth is a precondition for the achievement of all our strategic goals. The Croatian Post Academy provides comprehensive management education with the aim of improving management competencies, the application of knowledge to work processes and decision making, as well as improving co-operation, teamwork and the transfer of acquired knowledge internally amongst colleagues. A plus-project, “The Improvement of Management Competencies", has been introduced within the Academy.Company culture – Knowledge development is definitely not possible without a company culture grounded in respect for the fundamental postal values.
