Domestic Mail


If your believe that your mail item was not delivered to the intended recipient, that it was delivered with a delay, that a contracted service was not provided or was not provided in full, or that you have been charged an excessive postage amount, you can initiate a claim procedure within three months of the day of posting your item with Croatian Post. A filled in claim form can be handed over at any post office or sent by fax to: +385 (0)1 4981 606 or emailed to: potrazni@posta.hr. You should enclose the mailing receipt with the filled-in form. The claim procedure will be processed within thirty days.
