This primarily relates to the development of our digital services, such as ePost and “Žuti Klik”. Moreover, Croatian Post has also introduced cryptocurrency exchange services, meaning that service users can now also exchange cryptocurrencies at many post offices.
Following the steady and rapid growth of e-trade and parcel delivery market, we also develop and introduce new logistics services, such as parcel lockers for collecting and sending parcels and “Paket24” express parcel delivery service.
Business development and innovations are the main points of the Post2022 Strategy, followed by constant investments in new and existing logistics capacities.
