Croatian Post is the biggest provider of postal services in the Republic of Croatia and the only provider of universal service in keeping with the provisions of the Postal Services Act. A wide range of financial, retail, insurance, digital and other services provided by Croatian Post on a daily basis to retail and corporate customers is available throughout the Croatian territory.

Croatian Post is also the biggest national postal operator holding over 80 percent of the market.

Croatian Post is organised in four divisions and nine management support offices.

  • Postal Service Division is in charge of transport, sorting and delivery of postal items.
  • Network Division manages the network of post offices.
  • Express Services Division is in charge of express delivery– hpekspres.
  • Support Services Division is in charge of real property, IT infrastructure, accounting, controlling and maintenance and modernisation of post offices.


In the past 10 years Croatian Post received multiple international and national industry awards for its projects, and many international recognitions and awards have also been given to stamps of the Republic of Croatia issued by Croatian Post.
