Grand Prix Award by Croatian Association for Public Relations (HUOJ)

March, 2015 – Croatian Post’s Organisational Culture Change Project is one of the winners of the Croatian Association for Public Relations (HUOJ) Awards honouring the best practices in internal communications.

Changing the way we think, creating new experiences and new beliefs and open communication have become the strategic focus of the Croatian Post’s Management and the basis of the Croatian Post’s Organisational Culture Change Project. Various tools are used in the process –social network for managers to speed up information transfer, development projects, improvement of information flow, preparation of communications material for managers and strategic meetings on the principles of two-way communication and active participation of all employees.

The award was accepted by the project manager Davor Jakovac, Head of Internal Communications and Corporate Culture.
