Formal written documents are registered mail items sent in special envelopes by courts, public authorities and publicly accredited legal entities.
The delivery of formal written documents is defined by:
- for litigation – the Civil Procedure Act1;
- for enforcement procedures – the Enforcement Act2 referring to the Civil Procedure Act1;
- for administrative procedures – the General Administrative Procedure Act3;
- for tax procedures – the General Tax Act4;
- for misdemeanor procedures – the Misdemeanor Act5;
- for criminal procedures – the Criminal Procedure Act6;
- for labor-related administrative procedures – the Labor Act7 referring to the Civil Procedure Act1.
