Mail Tracking

Thanks to our mail tracking system, you will be aware of your item’s status at all times.

Our track & trace application allows you to follow all your registered items from their admission to delivery.

What are registered items?

These are postal items for which the sender is issued a mail receipt note at the time of posting.
The application may be used to track:

• a registered mail item or a valuable item;
• a parcel;
• a Paket24 item.

All you need to track your item it its receipt number. Enter it in the designated box and you will receive information about the status of your item, for example when it is received, when it is ready to be delivered and when it is delivered.

Mail status check

Enter the item receipt number in the relevant box and click “Search”.
(Insert the item receipt number in an integral form without spaces, for example: RB267096010HR)
