More

Letters arriving from abroad are delivered to the addressee’s home address.

Letters are delivered to the addressee’s home mailbox. The home mailbox should be installed on the ground floor of an apartment building or on the façade or gate of a family house.

To ensure that your letter or any other mail is delivered correctly and safely, please check:

  • that your family name is displayed on the mailbox;
  • that the mailbox is not technically defective.
